2. Non-Refundable Training Fee
Access to work opportunities, learning materials, and premium platform features requires payment of a non-refundable training fee in USD.
This fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Failure to complete training,
- Account suspension or termination due to rule violations,
- User inability or unwillingness to continue using the platform.
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree that they will not:
- Provide false information or impersonate another person,
- Engage in fraud, scams, or malicious activities,
- Attempt to bypass security or robot verification systems,
- Harass or exploit other users,
- Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
4. Account Suspension & Termination
TaskFlow Freelancing reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user account if:
- Terms of Use are violated,
- Fraud or malicious behavior is suspected,
- Payment disputes or chargebacks occur,
- Any system abuse is detected.
No refunds will be issued for banned or suspended accounts.
5. Payments and Earnings
- All payments made to the platform are final and non-refundable.
- TaskFlow Freelancing does not guarantee job availability or income levels.
- Users act as independent freelancers, not employees of TaskFlow Freelancing.
6. Intellectual Property
All instructional content, brand assets, and platform functionality belong exclusively to TaskFlow Freelancing and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TaskFlow Freelancing is not responsible for:
- Income loss, missed opportunities, or data loss,
- Platform downtime, third-party service failures, or user-caused issues,
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Users agree to access the service at their own risk.
8. Modifications to Terms
TaskFlow Freelancing may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
